Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days and All Items Are Subject To Availability. In most cases your product will arrive within 5-10 business days. Our orders are shipped via USPS, and free shipping is limited to the United States only (Alaska and Hawaii included). No shipping is allowed to PO Boxes, please provide a physical shipping address All order status communication is done via email, so it is important that your email address is accurate and current. After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation, at the e-mail address provided during the sign-up process, from our merchant services (PayPal). If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid with a tracking number. Your card will be promptly credited (less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address (Merchandise returned after 14 days of receipt of purchase, with sales receipt, will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee). No return or exchange without the sales receipt. Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 7 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 7 days after December 25th). For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier with a tracking number (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. GCNF is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was not the correct item purchased, GCNF will reimburse the return shipping charges.
